The Portal contains judicial decisions and judgments and makes them available to the general public. In doing so, the Portal promotes the purpose of the rule of law, which aims to preserve human rights values as enshrined by the Constitution of the Kingdom of Morocco.

In this regard, the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power launched a digital Platform for the court of cassation jurisprudence, free of charge to the public, on the occasion of the opening of the new judicial year on January 26, 2022, as a reflection of the royal directives. The latter intends to highlight the importance of the judicial decisions rendered by the Moroccan judiciary, harness and benefit from the application of information technology in the justice sector, and advance our national judicial system.

The present Platform was given the title “Judicial Portal of the Kingdom of Morocco” following its development, which provided it with a digital space for publishing decisions produced by ordinary and specialized courts of appeals. The Platform also offers a similar space, currently underway, for ordinary and specialized first-instance courts, which shall allow relevant parties to have easy and direct access to the database to follow the judicial course of all stages of disputes and provide a powerful resource for practitioners and researchers. The Platform comes as part of the Council’s efforts to support training, moralization, and efficiency, in consonance with its 2021-2026 Strategic Plan, namely procedures 93 and 94 thereof, which fall under the recommendations of the Kingdom’s new Development Plan.
